This listing is a Disney production cel from "Winnie the Pooh" that features Piglet! It is also on an original hand-painted background!!I don't know a whole lot more about this other than I acquired it several years ago. A cel with a hand-painted background like this is incredibly rare. It really does not get much better than this. Everything can be seen in the pictures - would make for the perfect gift.
