This exquisite, super rare middle eastern hand crafted piece defies description. At first glance it appears similar to a myriad of other items offered for sale - until it isn't. The obvious craftsmanship in this piece is overwhelming. The heavy brass base is artistically engraved and embellished with gold and silver colored wire calligraphic script. The bowl measures approx. 16" in diameter x 4-1/2" high, includes slight dents and two notable abrasions displayed in 6th - 7th photos. A similar example of artistry displayed in this piece won't easily be found.
